Shipping Charges

Our usual shipping method is USPS. Shipments sent by USPS will take 3 to 5 business days for delivery at $6.00. A 7.75% sales tax will be added. Additional insurance of $1.05 for items that exceed $ 100.00 value.

We do ship to 48 contiguous states (all states other than Hawaii and Alaska).


Return Policies

We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. All returned product must be in brand-new, saleable condition, with manufacturer's packaging, tags, instruction booklets, warranty cards, and any other items that came with your purchase, such as accessories or free bonuses. Product showing any signs of wear or use cannot be returned. We will credit your card or issue a refund by check (if paid originally with check or money order) within 5 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on items returned. In rare cases, any item for return due to manufacturing defect will be gladly accepted without restocking fee.

Returns must be properly packaged for shipment (we suggest you use the outside shipping box the we sent the product in originally) as the post office or USPS will not honor insurance claims for improperly packaged shipments that are damaged in transit. Do not ship watches back in padded envelopes or in the manufacturer's packaging without an outer box. Time Depot will not be responsible for damage in transit to improperly packaged returns.
